If you are lucky enough in life to be blessed with a yard and foliage, then you have endless opportunities at your finger tips to create beautiful seasonal décor for your home. In fact, letting your garden over-grow at the end of the season, “basically ignoring it in Sept.” October will bring you some grand dried up gems. You can use these to make wicked planters with a funky fall/Halloween vibe.

  • Dried up weeds, often look spooky when brown and dried. Any kind of tree pruning can be utilized for creativity..

  • Dried up sunflowers are eerie in a good way! They turn a tragic shade of black and are wonderful addition to a fall planter.
  • Of course if you grow/ buy some of your own squash or pumpkins, then, these little beauties will take your decorating to a whole new level!
